Restaurant chef Alexander Novoselov also heads the kitchen of the privileged Club building at the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC hotel and the WTC Summer Veranda restaurant. Prior to joining the Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC, he held the positions of chef and sous-chef in the restaurants "Ogni", "Dantes", "Nostalgie" and "Tent" at the St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya.
